Freddy's CFL Ratings: 2019 Week 7

One minor thing to note as we start this week's ratings: I'm going to start using Ken Massey's home field advantages to set mine. His system assigns a different number to each team; I'll be using the average of those as mine for all teams, at least until we get further into the season.

Don't let the Toronto Argonauts' struggles distract you from how bad the BC Lions have been. The Lions are now 1-6, with only a one-point fluke win at Toronto in that column. BC hasn't had a bye up to this point; hopefully this can set them back on track. (Meanwhile, the Montreal Alouettes have already had two weeks off.)

However, for now, the Lions are solidly expected to win just one more game: their October 5 date with the Argos in Vancouver. In fact, despite the home field advantage dropping a bit, only 3 games from here on out are marked as tossups, and all of those involve the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
